Many people who have been forced to seek justice in the British Courts have ended up as victims. It's bad enough that these victims have suffered a berevement, had to attend a funeral, and then comes the trauma of Wills and Probate.

The defendant in this case MR Marcel Pierre Hobby has recently impersonated HMCS - see the footage below - District Judge Langley of the Central London Courts, declared in court that the Will & Testaments are not worth the paper they are printed on.
